Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I looked through the local “your call” for electricians as I have found the book useful before.
After also looking at online reviews , which were all positive. I decided to contact Switched on.
I spoke to Dan who was very friendly and helpful . I was unsure what help I actually needed, as I several LED lights go at once and wasn’t actually if there was a bigger issue or just the bulbs? I sent some photos over to Dan, of what units I had and he emailed me back and advised what actually needed. He advised me of the price and we then sorted out a date. I didn’t have to wait long as all, as Dan was aware that I needed it sorted out sooner rather than later. It was also lucky that I am not too far aware from the office.
The job was down quickly , professionally and we had a nice chat and he reassured me that there wasn’t any other issues with the lights.
All communication was clear , quickly received and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again myself.
